About the Artist:
My paintings vary from watercolours to oils. I have recently started painting again having not picked up a paint brush since leaving school (15 years ago). My wife encouraged me to enter patchings farm art exhibibition and one of my paitnings was selected for the highly commended category. I have recently sold several paintings which really excites me as it's such a blessing that people are interested in my work. Most of my recent paintings have been produced using oils. I like to use bright bold colours with the hope that my work grabs people's attention.
Commisions:
I have recently produced a Watercolour painting of a sunset at the beach for some close friends for their lounge and painted a field of poppies in oils (on the site).
Events:
Caythorpe Summer show
I recently had Art on display at Caythorpe summer festival which was a lovely day for families. Work will be on exhibit at the Bedroom Bar 62 Rivington St, London EC2A 3AY for the Newartoriginals Christmas Party on the 4th December 2008. This year in 2009 my work has been on display as part of Sherwood Artweek, in Nottingham and will be on display in Arnold Library, in Nottingham this August/September.
